Athletic training is inherently dangerous. Forge Athletics provides tracking software only and is not a substitute for professional coaching or medical advice. Forge Athletics, its developers, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, health complications, or death resulting from physical activity logged or tracked through the application.
The use of Forge Athletics scouting reports does not guarantee team placement, scholarships, or professional contracts. Forge Athletics acts solely as a visualization tool for independent recruiters and coaching staff.
Forge Athletics does not guarantee 100% system uptime. We are not liable for any perceived loss of opportunity resulting from technical downtime, server maintenance, or database interruptions.
All software architecture, visual design elements, and the "Forge" brand are protected under Canadian copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse-engineering of the platform is prohibited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any legal disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
