1. Data Architecture & Collection

Forge Athletics collects and processes data essential for high-performance athletic tracking and scouting. This includes:

• Biometric & Performance Data: Workout logs, physiological metrics, game statistics, and developmental tracking.
• Identity Data: Name, age, and contact information secured via Supabase encryption.
• Media Assets: Video highlights and images uploaded for the express purpose of talent recruitment.

2. Media Licensing & Usage

By uploading video or photographic media to the Forge Athletics platform, the user grants Forge Athletics a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display said media specifically for the generation of scouting reports and athlete profiles. Forge Athletics does not claim ownership of user-uploaded media.

3. Minor Athletes (COPPA/PIPA Compliance)

As Forge Athletics serves competitive youth athletes, we require parental or legal guardian oversight for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without providing access and transparency to their legal guardians.

4. Third-Party Infrastructure

Data is processed through secure, industry-leading infrastructure, including Vercel (Hosting) and Supabase (Database). Users are subject to the security protocols of these providers in addition to Forge Athletics' internal standards.
